We source participants through our own network of healthcare professionals and patients, and a group of specialist recruiters operating across key markets globally. Every participant goes through a qualification process against the specific criteria of your project before they are confirmed.

Where a participant falls short of the agreed criteria, we replace them promptly and at no additional cost. We have been on the other side of that conversation enough times to know how much it matters.

We support research across all major global markets, working through specialist local recruiters who understand the healthcare landscape in each region. If you have a specific market in mind, the best starting point is a conversation about your requirements.

We work across all therapy areas. Our network has experience spanning oncology, rare diseases, CNS, cardiovascular, immunology, vaccines, medical devices and beyond. If your project requires a highly specialised audience, we will tell you honestly what is achievable before you commit.

Every project is priced according to the specific requirements — audience, market, methodology and timeline all affect the investment. We provide clear, itemised proposals so you know exactly what you are paying for and why.

All project details are treated with strict confidentiality as standard. We operate under non-disclosure agreements where required, and project information is never shared beyond the team directly involved in delivery. Participants are briefed on confidentiality requirements before any engagement takes place, and are never made aware of the end client unless explicitly agreed.
